    Title:Knocked down and Torc was still able to Swipe me
    Reproduction Rate:Unknown
    Blocker?
    Details:Used a 4 or 5 stack Knockdown on Torc, and was successful. While he was on the ground I took damage from a swipe attack even though he was still down on the ground, and stayed down for another 5+ seconds after that.

    I think that is usually a latency issue. Where he does the attack before you actually get the knockdown, but it shows up after. I see stuff like that whenever I get a lag spike.
