[Known]1 Earthquake hits Twice in PvP

    Details: 1 earthquake cast hits an enemy twice in PvP. In PvE, earthquake only hits once. This makes Earthquake a far better pvp glyph than anything else out there right now. Ask @Atos about PvP glyph usage stats, I am sure that Earthquake would have the highest damage.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Duel someone
    2. Cast earthquake
    3. See that earthquake hits person you are dueling twice

    This was a known issue, 39245, which we have a fix for that you can expect in an upcoming patch.
