    @infernal, Thanks for reporting, Issue has been submitted to the Development Team for review. At present Quest Items cannot be placed as deco. As I understand it they cannot be put into containers either. The Developers want players to do the Quests on their own without others providing the items necessary to complete the quest. I have added this issue to the bug request for further review.

    they are quest rewards for completing a quest, not quest items used in quests. they can be placed in containers and traded to other players.
