[Known - 4] Haunted Mansion: Multiple Issues

@Attenwood I'm condensing all of my haunted mansion issues into one thread as requested. If this is not what you intended, please let me know. Do these count as one bug report, or multiple?

Title: Haunted Mansion Roof Issues
Reproduction Rate: 100%

Details: When I place a rug on my roof, it invisible. If I hunt around with the mouse, I can find it and pick it up. As soon as I place it again, it becomes invisible. Applies to every rug I have tried.
Steps to Reproduce: Place a rug on the roof. I'd take a screenshot, but it wouldn't show anything since the rug turns invisible.

Details: Small objects can be completely lost behind the top window moldings (see image)

Title: Haunted Mansion Large Planter / Roof Issue

Details: When placing the large planter on the roof, it can be placed in certain areas and not in others. Specifically, it cannot be placed by the front of the house even though there is enough room. See image.
Steps to Reproduce: place large planter on the roof, near the front of the house.

Title: Haunted Mansion: Rug can go through staircase railing

Details: When placing rugs in the haunted mansion, rugs can go through the railings, overhanging the staircase. See image.
Steps to Reproduce: Place rug over stairs.
