[Known]602 - Tooltip confusing for Shield of Ice

    Title: Tooltip confusing for Shield of Ice
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: I noticed when building a deck that the tooltip for Shield of Ice shows +12.3 Water Attunement for 29.6 seconds. As it's a bonus It should be +12.3 Water Attunement for 29.6 seconds. For example the Shield of Cristal tooltip in Earth school correctly shows +10.1 Earth Attunement for 1 minute
    Steps to Reproduce: Have a look at the Skill window.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 8143
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.602.Date.05.03.17
