    Title: the NPC here can't leave his platform...
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?
    Details: if its an ranged NPC (archer mage) it can be attacked from the platform below but not farther away and it can't leave the platform to change position s
    so if its a melee as a ranger I have to get toe to toe on him to be able to hit him....
