    1. Title: "A Curious Ledger" found in a chest in Spectral Mines
    2. Reproduction Rate: Unknown
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: the "A Curious Ledger" note is a quest item from person in Soltown, requiring you to go to the East Perennial trail to acquire it. However, I picked it up as loot from a chest in the Spectral Mine (Catacombs) Area: Spectral Mines (Novia_R1_Forest02_SpectralMines) Loc: (-124.2, -15.0, -21.9) As this is a quest item, it shouldn't be a random loot drop.
