[Known]Aelwyn Brice's mouth won't open but still animates.

    Title: Aelwyn Brice's mouth won't open but still animates.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: When entering conversation mode with this NPC, I noticed his mouth stays closed while animating his speech.
    Steps to Reproduce: Interact with this NPC.

    Looks like it may be every NPC with this model. Same thing happened with dockworker "Radulf".
