[Known] Agriculture growth rates not updating when moved via item they sitting on top of

Title: Plant pots not updating growth rate when an item they are sitting on top of is moved
Reproduction Rate: I've only seen it once, haven't tried again as have to wait for third of growth time to check the growth rate.

Details: I found this when making a terrace in my greenhouse. I accidentally picked up the green house and therefore had to move all the stuff out. Then put the greenhouse back and moved the stuff back in. The items i had not moved the plant pots for themselves kept the 1 times growth rate from being outside the green house. Though i'm more worried it can be exploited the other way around.
Steps to Reproduce:
Put a granite block in a greenhouse.
Put a plant pot on top of the block.
Move the block (therefore the pot as well) outside the greenhouse.
Growth rate of the pot is not updated.
