Title: AI problems for Torc'Dawl when Water Elemental is present
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
When attacking Torc'Dawl - observing the following issues:

    1) Torc'Dawl is focusing very heavily on the summoned Water Elemental, ignoring the avatar dealing much higher significant damage
    - sometimes - after killing the Water Elemental, Torc'Daw would ignore the avatar right in front of him

    2) Leashing / reset issues - where Torc'Dawl would suddenly regenerate hundreds or thousands of points very quickly, even though the avatar is still in aggro range, and has been attacking

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Attack Torc'Dawl - with a summoned Water Elemental present
    2) Observe Torc'Dawl focusing very heavily on the Water Elemental, often ignoring the avatar
    3) Observe Torc'Dawl regenerating massive amounts of hit points while avatar is attacking, with no discernible cause (seems like a "reset" or "leashing" behavior - almost as if it considered the avatar has left)
