Details: the specialty is not being applied
Steps to Reproduce: use airs embrace with low crit gear and u wont crit, use high crit gear with and with out the buff on and the % is the same

I was not able to repro but I've submitted for review. Bug #: 58367
There was a prior bug where the crit chance would not carry over between scene changes....but that should now be fixed on live.

Somewhat related, there's a bug in the live R52 server for the additional bonuses due to specialization not being removed when Enlightenment, Air's Embrace, and Strength of Earth are dismissed from below the name plate. There are also times when a player dismisses a buff but it continues to be visible on the name plate to other players. When the player casts the same buff, it appears there are two copies of the buff.

These aren't big deals, but it causes some confusion at Virtue League when it appears that a buff is still applied. Thanks!
