Title: Alt not working on all merchants

Details: Alt is not working on all merchants. It works on the POT banker, still opens dialog with the POT town crier, and prevents opening POT NPC vendors and player vendors entirely.

(Player vendors mentioned even though they don't have dialog because once we get in the habit of holding ALT we will do it every time, and thus get frustrated when if have to switch our brains back and forth. Plus we may get to give them dialog later.)

It does work on everyone I tried (banker, merchant, trainers, PV) except Town Crier and player vendors in NPC towns.

Steps to Reproduce: Hold ALT while double clicking an POT NPC vendor.
