[Known] Ambient light

    Title: Ambient light.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: Right at dusk and dawn, there is no ambient illumination (from light spell or otherwise). Everything gets super dark and then, at some point, the ambient illumination just pops into existence.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.8 Ubuntu 16.10 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15969
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.450.Date.02.09.17
    Area: Novia_R2_Hills01_CragFoothills
    Area Display Name: Crag Foothills
    Loc: (106.3, 58.4, 96.1)
