[Known]Artifact recipes consume all rings on failure

    1. Title: Copper chain of elemental power failed, consuming all 4 rings
    2. Reproduction rate: 100% out of 1 attempts
    3. No
    4. Failed to craft the chain with a 96% chance. Got a message saying "fuels" were consumed. All rings were consumed.
    5. Grind 20+ hours to get 4 artifact rings and a recipe, and hit that 4% failure chance.
    6. Windows 10 64 bit, build 563

    I had my guild mate Xonn combine my rings for the iron chain recipe. I lost my four rings :(. Any chance we will get these back if this is deemed a bug?
