[Known]"Auto" video setting isn't auto right

    Already confirmed with @Chris ; however, writing a bug report for record keeping.

    The "Auto" video setting isn't scaling down with performance correctly. You still need to select "Fastest" on lower end systems. Additionally, it doesn't scale up properly for my system (things look better on the highest setting than on Auto).

    I guess I need to test performance on other settings and see if I still get frame drops but I'm pretty sure it's not the auto setting.
