[Known] Bandit incounter - inconsistent t2 mob

    Details: Trained wolf insistently hard to kill, some in just 2 hits and others need significant amount of hits to kill them; this is inconsistent for a t2 level area and low level toons would not be able to kill the trained wolf

    Yes, the labels should be changed for both the bandit and skeleton road encounters to at least T4 due to the mobs being to difficult for a T2 scene.

    1. The bandit mobs are T4 and the boss is a wolf that has 1,300 HP at the end.

    2. Also, the skeleton T2 encounter has three Liches that spawn at the end - Lich Archer, Lich Fighter and Lich Mage that has 900 HP and is orange to me at AL89.
