[Known] Bank Items Missing

Title: Bank Items Missing

Blocker? From some items in the bank.
Details: I had items stored in my bank in two separate POT Towns (Falling Waters Fortress and Flowing Waters Forest). I am able to see the items in the Falling Waters Fortress bank, but not in the Flowing Waters Forest Bank. I have looked for them in both POT banks (Greyed out or not) and Falling Waters stuff is visible. Flowing Waters is not. Logged out and in trying to reset it - no luck. Claimed Items trying to reset it - no luck. Refreshed the bank with no luck. Items known to be missing: Shogun City Wall Pieces, Rose seeds (all colors) and more.
Steps to Reproduce: Unknown cause - possibly change in a recent publish. I noticed the issue when moving a house location and forgetting to pick up the basement when I unclaimed the lot - and received the message of it going to the bank. There was no basement deed or hatch in my backpack, or the town bank.
