[Known] Banner of Spiritulity quest bug

Title: Banner of Spiritulity quest bug

Details: It seems that once you speak to the last NPC caretaker for the Banner quest - saying "Goodbye" results in no output to the chat window - however in the game logfile, it says:

[11/16/2017 6:05:46 PM] Elon: When you have a moment, Echondas, I would like to talk to you about the Banner of Spirituality.

Steps to Reproduce: Speak to the last NPC for the quest about the appropriate virtue (in this case it was Elon in Fortus End) and try clicking 'goodbye'
