[Known] Banners unplaceable on Elven Guard Tower

    Title: Banners are not placeable on Elven guard Towers
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The Elven Guard Tower, an item of declaration and defense against enemies typically presents it's colors / blazen for any enemies marching toward it. The sort and long banners are not hangable on the Elven Guard Tower's sides. Assuming this is an oversight, I have placed this bug here.

    Steps to Reproduce: Put down a tower. Try to hang a short or long banner anywhere on it.. not possible.
