[Known] Basement Hatch for sale on Crown Merchant

    Title: Hatch for sale on Crown Merchant

    Details: Basement hatch is available as a COTO purchased item, although its for sale for only 20gp just a few seconds away. The "Hatch" was never an add-on store item.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1) Open a trade with the Obsidian Crowns merchant and observe there's a "Hatch" item for 1 COTO.
    2) Walk over to the bank and talk to the Housing Deeds Merchant. Observe the same hatch is for sale for 20gp.
    3) Commentary: There's about a 4980gp gap in value.
