[Known] Blacksmith Annika in Soltown won't display her shop

    Title: Blacksmith Annika in Soltown won't display her shop

    Details: When I talk to Annika in Soltown, the new conversation window opens, but not the shop interface. When I type the keyword "buy", she says "Here is what I can buy and sell, traveller". But the shop interface still doesn't open.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16324
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 GPU RAM: 3020
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.440.Date.01.20.17
    Area: Novia_R1_City_Soltown
    Area Display Name: Soltown
    Loc: (-31.9, 27.1, 28.5)

    I'm not seeing the exact same thing. If I type or click "buy", her shop window opens. However, I did see another error that may be related. Bug submitted. Thanks! (#40123)
