[Known] Blind % incorrect

    Im not sure if there is already a bug report in for this, i can imagine there is not.

    Blind - monkey room tests
    Repro 100%
    Skills says -42 dex
    Actualy applied -21 dex

    That isn't monkey room specific. So far my theory has been either 1) some sort of resistance or 2) they only have shown value of dexterity
