[Known] Blink cannot be used on the floor of Obsidian Trials

    Title: Blink cannot be used on the floor of Obsidian Trials
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    Blink cannot be used on the floor of Obsidian Trials - it always shows as a red target circle.

    This is on completely open ground that you can normally walk on, etc.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Go to Obsidian Trials
    2) Attempt to use Blink - unable to do so. Always shows as a red circle

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 32686
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4043
