[Known] Blink sometimes doesn't teleport you

    Title: Blink sometimes doesn't teleport you
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: The blink spell sometimes with a green-reticle, and successful cast, will not actually move you.
    Steps to Reproduce: In this location, face SouthEast - and try blinking in that direction.. it's an empty area, but the reticle is red in spots.. when it does turn green, blink doesn't work to that spot.
