    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4) System RAM: 12190
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 2016
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.579.Date.03.30.17

    Area Display Name: Serpent's Spine Mines
    Loc: (-106.8, 52.3, -27.6)

    Inside Serpents spine Mine when casting spells at the water elemental blocks of blue and red light was flashing all over the mob i was casting at. It seemed odd but i bring it up because I have epilepsy. I normally never have any trouble with color sensitivity. This was bothering me though really bad i had to leave right away. I didn't notice it at all casting outside or anywhere else but in the mine. Someone who is color sensitive or flashing light sensitive will very likely have a seizure just thought you should know.
