Details: cannot give the book to the kids. turn-in box open, but give button won't push.

I was there when Alley Oop was having issues with this, I was as well, but I went back and ended up with 3 copies of the book that aren't quest items (white text) and 1 copy that was (Orange text). Showed in quest list to return the book to the kids. I was able to give the quest book to the kids. Quest list still shows to return the book to the kids, it doesn't clear.

 

that worked. having the books sort to the top and the quest items sort to the bottom makes it likely that this will come up again without a rename of one of them.

 

Yeah nice that we can get the book , without turning the book over to the kids. Heading to the Oracle to see if she says anything.

 

actually, when you give it to the kids they give a deco version back.

 

Yeah, saw that. I didn't see any kind of comment from the Oracle, but to me, giving them the book would be wrong after having read it.In live, I probably refuse to give it to them. This seems the perfect setup for later consequences. Especially after they said something like, "We'll remember how you helped us later."
