[Known]Blury Screen (In general)

    I have my steam R39 open (steam) and QA R40 in different windows. They are both set to the exact same video settings and such. Without even looking at R39, the first thing I noticed about R40 is that everything is blurrier, even up close. White text has a kinda light glow on it (NPC name). Comparing it to R39 which has crisp graphics.

    This is a known issue. 43022.

    Should be fixed in the near future.
