[Known] Boat to Hidden Vale from Port Titan graphics issue

    Title:Strange glitch on the boat graphic for the new teleport out of PRTs, only seen this in Port Titan so far
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:

    Instead of there being one boat to click to travel to the 'mainland' there are two, slightly overlapping each other - one with a white sail, one red. Both seem to work and transport you to the overland map.

    Steps to Reproduce:Tried three different characters, all see the same problem.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4008
