[Known] Bodan Koren training link missing

    1. Title: Bodan Koren training link missing
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: Bodan Koren training link is visually missing. It is also not in the drop down menu. Typing train also does not access the trainig window. I have completed his quest previously and he acknowledges that in the conversation.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Start a conversation with him in Braemer.
    6. User Specs: i7-4790, 16GB, 64bit Win 10 , Dual GTX 970 in SLI
