[Known] Braemar - Bridget Helvig not rewarding banner with keyword "hello"

Title: Braemar - Bridget Helvig not rewarding banner with keyword "hello"

Details: When I attempted to get the banner by saying "hello" to Bridget Helvig, she did not reward it. I did, however, receive the banner eventually after the process described in Steps to Reproduce.

Steps to Reproduce:
Having finished the quest at a prior date...
1) Find Bridget Helvig, open conversation dialogue.
2) Say "hello" and nothing happened.
3) Tried all her keyword options shown in dialogue window. Her responses indicated I had finished the quest and reported back to her already.
4) Close and re-open dialogue with Bridget Helvig.
5) Say "Veimor"
6) Say "good provider"
7) Say "in his absence"
8) Respond "I'll make sure he's safe."
9) Close dialogue.
10) Find Bodan Koren, open conversation dialogue.
11) Say "Bridget" (unsure if this was needed, I was just doing the keyword options in order shown)
12) Say "Veimor"
13) Close dialogue.
14) Return to Bridget Helvig, open conversation dialogue with her.
15) Receive Banner of Humility, as though finishing quest for the first time.
