[Known] Brittle brawn ring only give 40 str, but still takes more hp.

Brittle brawn used to give a lot more strength, dependent on how much hp you have. Now, it maxes at 40 strength, but continues to take more and more hp the more you have. If this was an intentional thing, can you make it so the health it takes gets maxed when the strength it gives reaches 40?

Thanks Mac. I know there have been various Brittle Brawn issues that have affected you in the past few weeks so I'm sorry about that.
I don't think it was intentional, so I'm submitting for review. It seems as if strength was meant to be capped so would the amount of HP it could take (I would think...)
As you know, Brittle issues can be hard to get fixed. Can you give me an example repro on this please, using the numbers you are seeing? It may give the dev the clue they need to get this fixed faster.

So when I have 708 hp base, I put the ring on and get 40 str but lose 226 health. At base 825 hp, I put the ring on and get 40 str but lose 258.3 health. So it is continuing to take more health but not give any more str.

 

OH if you want to reproduce this, just get enough hp for the brittle to give 40 str, I don't know what that amount is. Then put str gear on, cast str buffs and shield of crystal for even more hp, and see how much hp is lost from the ring while still only getting 40 str.
