[Known] Bugged Ceiling.

    Title: Bugged Ceiling.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Unable to place a chandelier on the ceiling on the first floor of 3 story Kobald Rowhouse. It looks like the chandelier goes through the ceiling.
    Steps to Reproduce: try to place a chandelier.

    Even though it is showing green while trying to place it, it appears to go through the ceiling and won't place.
