[Known]Build 524 still experiencing issues with ranged

    Title: Build 524 still experiencing issues associated with ranged.
    Reproduction Rate: multiple times
    Blocker?
    Details: attacking multiple times with fulling charged shots, trigger but no impact, no log. Using a skill works fine. Then after seems like ranged works for a bit
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.11.6
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770HQ CPU @ 2.20GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: Intel Iris Pro OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 1536
    SotA.EarlyAccess.OSX.64.524.Date.12.19.16
    Area: Novia_R9_Hills01_SerpentsSpineMinesEntrance
    Area Display Name: Serpent's Spine Foothills
    Loc: (-127.7, 64.5, -109.6)

    Also occurring for me still. I was playing MPO, and I was the only person in the scene (Serpent Spine Foothills). As soon as someone else entered the scene is when I noticed my shots not working any longer. Most Ranged abilities would still hit but all shots, charged or not stopped registering. Then all of a sudden the mobs would take damage from a "shot" maybe 10-15 seconds later (this did not always occur, most often the damage would never take place, no log, nothing) But I was adventuring with no one else in the scene for an hour just fine w/o no dropped shots.
