[Known] Build 543 - /writebook bug when cast light while writing

    Details : when /writebook and cast light, the avatar resumes writing in mid-air and slides to the right until object stops them.
    Steps to Reproduce: /writebook then cast light

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 Pro (64 Bit) version 1607
    CPU: Intel i7-6700K
    System RAM: 16.0 GB (DDR4)
    GPU 1: EVGA Classified GTX 1080 with 8GB GPU RAM (nVidia)
    GPU 2: EVGA Classified GTX 1080 with 8GB GPU RAM (nVidia)
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Win.64.543.Date.01.26.17
