[Known] Build 665 - Arena Basement - Wall Torch Placement Problems

Title: Unable to place wall torches on some arena basement walls.
Reproduction Rate: 50% (?)
Blocker? No
Details: When attempting to either place new wall torches or move existing wall torches, there are certain walls in the arena basement that will no longer accept the torches. The long walls seem to be the ones affected. Main FL and one wall on the lower floor. See screenshot for example. I have given some location examples as well:

Hmm, I'm wondering if anyone has taken a look at this yet? I see a new patch released today and no fix for this. Has anyone else reproduced the problem I'm having with placing wall torches on some of the Village Arena basement walls? I can place other deco in the exact places that refuse to accept a wall torch. Weird.
