[Known] Build 818 Crushing Blow still only single target

    Title:Build 818 Crushing blow still single target
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Relase 818 notes say "Break Armor, Break Weapon, and Crushing Blow will now hit 2 targets. Crushing blow focus cost reduced by 20%"
    However crushing blow still only hits 1 target. Also....
    Crushing blow skill description not updated to indicate it should now hits two targets!!!!

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4) System RAM: 8116
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4043
    SotA.Win.64.818.Date.07.31.18
    Area: PRT_island_metropolis_01/Nesoskia
    Area Display Name: Nesoskia
    Loc: (-287.3, 144.2, 317.3)
