[Known] Caltrops cooldown animation doesnt show and is very long

    Title: Caltrops cooldown animation doesnt show and is very long
    Reproduction Rate: 5/5
    Blocker? no
    Details: Using caltrops sets off a very long cooldown and doesnt show on the glyph (tool-tip doesnt even display a cooldown)
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. make a deck with caltrops as a locked glyph
    2. get into combat mode -> use caltrops anywhere and notice cooldown
