Title: Camera effects are not disabled when using a telescope (or similar item)
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker?No
Details: When using a telescope, or similar item - the distant view is blurry, whereas the nearby view is clear - this is the opposite of how that item should function, due to "Camera Effects" not being disabled in the video options when using such an item, and then re-enabled (if previously enabled) after exiting the item.
Steps to Reproduce:Use a telescope with "Camera Effects" enabled in the video options - observe the behavior of objects nearby and in the distance - disable "Camera Effects" in the video options - use the telescope - observe the objects nearby and in the distance.

for me it's both camera effect and depth of field that makes it blurry. either one alone is not enough. did you have depth of field on when testing camera effects?

I tried switching between both - I'm on an inferior computer currently - but disabling DOF didn't fox it - turning "Camera Effects" off/on, is the fix on my current system.
(you can keep the Options menu open while the telescope is in use, and toggle stuff on/off to fiddle around)
