[Known]Can not place Frosted Glass Chandelier in Druid Tree House

    Title: Can not place Frosted Glass Chandelier in Druid Tree House
    Reproduction Rate: 100% for me
    Blocker? no
    Details: Can not place new chandelier on first or second floor ceilings.
    Steps to Reproduce: try to place glass chandelier in druid tree house.

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16265
    GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 GPU RAM: 1024

    can not place the iron chandelier in druid tree house either.
