[Known]Can not use Earth Skills

    Title:Torpor and Shield of crystal are greyed out
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker?
    Details:I was fighting in Savernoc Stronghold, zoned out went back to town, dropped off my loot, joined a party with a friend, and we went to Ulfheim. upon zoning in, shield of crystal is greyed out, i have tried logging all the way out, closing the game, upon logging back in they are both greyed out.
    Steps to Reproduce:Have no clue

    So i figured out what happened, I locked the regs in my inventory, so they could not be traded, and when i did this it makes it count as if you do not have any.

    This is currently behaving as expected. Locked items cannot be consumed or stacked.
