Details:
There are candles on the wall which can not be operated. I have seen this on other similar buildings, so it is likely a model problem. Previously there was a similar problem in inns with lanterns on the wall, but apparently the lanterns have already been removed for R45.

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to location, attempt to operate candle. Observe that cursor/reticle does not turn green.
There are other wall candles nearby that do work correctly.

EDIT: here is a similar candle, however it currently appears lit. But it still can not be controlled
