    Title: Cannot adjust the width (left to right size, can only do up to down length adjustment) of an exchange window, cannot fully read item name or quantity when item is long named

    Details: When dealing with a merchant or player vendor, User cannot adjust the width (left to right size, can only do up to down length adjustment) of an exchange window, cannot fully read item name or quantity when item is long named
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. open an exchange window with a merchant or player or vendor
    2. attempt to adjust the width of the window (left right size)
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6300HQ CPU @ 2.30GHz (4) System RAM: 8055
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M GPU RAM: 2019
