[Known] Cannot find spider cave for quest (Spoilers)

This is for the quest to find the spider queen for the Vigilante leader and collect some venom sacks.

I am unable to find this cave and it should be easier since this is a new player area.

This cave should be marked on the compass or a map to help new players with this quest.

 

I'll broaden the compass marker trigger and put in more specific directions to the spider cave. Thanks for the feedback!

Oh, almost forgot - the spider cave is way North of the elven refugee camp. Pretty much the opposite side of the vigilante main camp.

 

The Vigilante leaders' directions were that is was nearby from what I remember.

 

it is north, not far from where the mimic chest spawns. look for dead (white) tree's and a green glowing mushroom for the cave entrance. there'll be quite a few spider webs nearby as well on trees and an overpass or two of stone.

 

I did find it later, but I thought it was due west from a trap you have to go through to get in that area of the map.

The trap has lots of spider webs and closes in on you from both sides.
