[Known] Cannot Leave Elysium

    Title: Cannot Leave Elysium

    Reproduction Rate: 100%?

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) Yes

    Details: tl;dr version – can’t leave Elysium. Long Winded: Ran into Elysium to make sure Chris didn’t take all the nodes away and when satisfied that the gold was still there I tried to leave and couldn’t.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Area: Elysium Mines (Novia_R11_Hills01_ElysiumMines) Loc: (-18.1, -4.4, 5.3)

    b. Observe: Cannot leave to Twin Foothills.

    Comment: So *this* is what Chris meant when he said he was going to lower highly traded resources. :)

    UPDATE: This also occurred at a Planes Road Encounter Area: Plains Road Encounter (RandomEncounter_Plains01_Road/HumanBandits_Tier2) Loc: (-40.7, 31.9, 66.6)

    User Specs:

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 516.

    We're working on this. I was not able to repro but we understand what happened now. Hang tight we'll get this fixed :)
