[Known] Cannot place glowing mushrooms in my Basement

Title: Cannot place glowing mushrooms in my Basement and the light counter is lit up in red

Blocker? for setting up the mushrooms yes
Details: I got the glowing mushrooms as reward and placed them into my Backpack. then i went to the basement and tried to set them down. But as it place the glowing mushrooms in my Basement the inddor light counter is lit up in red but i have 0/125 placed (Town Stone 5-Story Basement)

Steps to Reproduce: try to move the glowing mushroom out of backpack onto the floor in the basement
