[Known] Cant delete Chat tab

    Details: I created 2 new chat tab but when i press the "delete tab" bottom doesnt work at all
    Steps to Reproduce: Create a chat tab -> Click on the gear for option -> delete tab
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16282
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M GPU RAM: 4064
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.665.Date.09.29.17
    Area: Novia_R7_City_Aerie
    Area Display Name: Aerie
    Loc: (123.7, 31.1, -51.8)

    I could repro. Seems to just be chat tab #2 that is the issue, so far.
