[Known]Can't make combat decks

Title: Can't make combat decks
Reproduction Rate: No clue, can't do anything concerning decks since.
Blocker? Yes!
Details: I deleted all my decks to redo them entirely, and the "New Deck" button is greyed out. Also, when in combat stance, I can't place glyphs in my combat bar (no visible slots)
Steps to Reproduce: Delete all my pre-existing decks
User Specs:

@ILLUSIONITE, i've seen a few instances in the past few months of people unlocking the ability to edit decks and then having the game forget they did that. try going to a trainer that can unlock that for you and doing it again.

 

I forgot to update my post to mention that, but it has been done, I spoke with a regular adventurer trainer & an advanced bludgeon trainer, and "re-learned" everything from them, and still nothing. I even specifically asked for deck building techniques, free attack and options of the sort but still can't BB uild decks, so im basically stuck auto attacking with 0 skills if I want to fight.
