[Known]Can't place Spring Fountain w/ Floating Candles outside in yard

    1. Title: Cant' place Spring Fountain w/ Floating Candles outside in yard
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The Spring Flowers w/ Floating Candles telethon reward decoration can't be placed outside my house in the yard. I can place it on the roof of my house no problem but it wont place in the yard outside (Even though there is plenty of room. ) Even on an empty city lot it can only be placed in the center part of the lot. If it gets anywhere near the edge of the lot it cannot be placed
