    Details: cant put explosive potions glyph on utility bar
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. log in
    2. acquire explosive potions
    3. open Glyphs window
    4. attempt to drag explosive potion glyph to utility bar
    5. attempt to drag explosive potion from inventory to utility bar
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.581.Date.03.31.17
    Area: Novia
