[Known] Can't repair quest items (Dread Artifacts) at crafting table

Title: Can't repair quest items at crafting table

Details: You can no longer repair quest items at the crafting tables - such as the dread artifacts. You can only use the toolkits on them directly, while in your inventory.
Steps to Reproduce: Try to repair a damaged dread artifact at a crafting table
User Specs:

@Lexie - update - I'm not able to use a repair kit directly on the item anymore either

Your tool (Repair Kit - Tailoring) cannot repair this kind of item (Heart of Sorrows).

@Lexie Update: Looks like the Heart of Sorrows is now a blacksmith-repairable item, and you can use repair kits on it directly .. still can't repair at a table, tho.

It has always been something you need a blacksmith kit to repair, weird. If it worked with tailoring that would have been the bug.
Are you trying to repair at blacksmith table?

 

@Lexie I believe it used to be the tailoring kit that repaired it. Same error when trying to drag it onto a blacksmithing table (quest item cannot be removed from inventory)
